Once your home is under contract
What to anticipate in the next three to four weeks.
The buyer will make his mortgage application. If the buyer requests a home inspection, it will be complete in the next five days. The mortgage company will initiate the verification of the buyer’s employment, earnest money deposit, and his funds for closing.
Reynolds Realty Co. will call to let you know when the appraiser, termite inspector or any other inspector will be coming to your home.
After all verifications and credit reports are in, the lender will issue a loan commitment.
Reynolds Realty Co. will then coordinate with the seller’s attorney and mortgage company, the title report and the survey.
When these reports are completed we will coordinate a closing date with the attorney and lender and notify you of that time and place.
