  • What to anticipate in the next three to four weeks.

    The buyer will make his mortgage application. If the buyer requests a home inspection, it will be complete in the next five days. The mortgage company will initiate the verification of the buyer’s employment, earnest money deposit, and his funds for closing.

  • Reynolds Realty Co. will call to let you know when the appraiser, termite inspector or any other inspector will be coming to your home.
  • After all verifications and credit reports are in, the lender will issue a loan commitment.
  • Reynolds Realty Co. will then coordinate with the seller’s attorney and mortgage company, the title report and the survey.
  • When these reports are completed we will coordinate a closing date with the attorney and lender and notify you of that time and place.
